Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
Download OneCircle, open the app, and tap Sign Up. Enter your details, verify your email, and complete your profile — you're in.
How do I join or follow a club?
Head to the Discovertab or open any club's page, then tap Follow / Join. You'll start seeing their posts and get notified about their events.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the person's profile or tap the ⋯ menu on a post, message, or comment, then choose Report or Block. Blocked users can no longer contact you or see your content.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password. We'll email you a verification code — enter it in the app to set a new password.
How do I change my password?
While signed in, go to Settings → Change Password, enter your current password and your new one.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and data from inside the app, or by emailing us. See our Account & Data Deletion page for full step-by-step instructions.
Which permissions does the app use, and why?
Camera & Photos — so you can set a profile picture and add images to your posts. Microphone — so you can record audio for video posts. We only ask for these when you use a feature that needs them.
