Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your OneCircle account and all associated data at any time. This page explains exactly how, what gets removed, and what may be briefly retained.
Delete in the app

Open OneCircle.

Go to your Profile.

Open Settings.

Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section.

Tap "Delete Account".

Confirm twice when prompted.
Account deletion is immediate and permanent. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile and account / login credentials
- Your posts and comments
- Your messages and conversations
- Your club memberships
- Your friend connections
- Your saved posts
- Your blocks
- Your uploaded media — profile photo, cover image, and post images
What we keep briefly
We may retain minimal security / audit logs and anything we are required to keep by law. This information is kept only as long as necessary and then removed.
In-app deletions are processed immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within approximately 30 days.
Can't access the app?
If you can no longer sign in, you can still request deletion. Email us from the email address registered to your account asking us to delete it, and we will process your request.
